Mission

To exercise responsible leadership in planning and implementing programs of action for the growth, development and advancement of baccalaureate and higher degree nursing programs in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Objectives

To identify issues, share ideas and experiences which promote innovation and improvement of baccalaureate and higher degree nursing programs.

To assist leaders of baccalaureate and higher degree nursing programs to assume proactive positions in relation to forces which impact nursing education in Pennsylvania.

Developing more effective communication with the general public, legislators and other interested communities, regarding the goals of baccalaureate and higher degree nursing programs and the need for and utilization of graduates of these programs.
